2011 National Data Infrastructure Grant Meeting Reports
The 2011 National Mental Health Data Infrastructure Grant (DIG) Meeting was held Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. This was the fourth year of the DIG Poster Session, and the tradition continued with great success. Eleven states presented 17 different posters that showcased their use of URS, NOMs, Client-Level, or BRFSS Supplement data. A team of judges reviewed each of the poster submissions and recognized the outstanding efforts. The winners of the 2011 session are:
- First Place: Oklahoma, presented by Mark Reynolds, Ed.D., Tracy Leeper, M.A., and Wendy Larson: Does Pay-for-Performance Really Improve Outcomes?
- Second Place: Connecticut, presented by Robert Plant, Ph.D., Tim Marshall, L.C.S.W., and Jeffrey J. Vanderploeg, Ph.D.: Using Data to Improve Emergency Mobile Psychiatric Services.
- Third Place: New Hampshire, presented by Peter Antal, Ph.D., and Lee Ustinich: Da Nile in New Hampshire.
The Poster Session was very successful and contributed great value to this year's meeting. We would like to extend a special thank you to everyone who contributed to this session. Most of the poster presentations, as well as the general session documents are available in PDF format below for your review; this page will be updated as additional materials become available.
