Under contract with the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), the State Data Infrastructure Coordinating Center offers Technical Assistance (TA) to assist State Mental Health Agencies with the design, collection, reporting, and uses of public mental health information systems and performance indicators. Consumer Survey Technical Assistance Workshop * June 19 - 20, 2008

The Consumer Survey Technical Assistance workshop was held June 19 and 20 at the Westin Arlington Gateway in Arlington, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting was to convene a group of State Mental Health Agency Staff who administer the Consumer Survey which informs several of the National Outcome Measures (NOMs). The workshop provided technical assistance to help states improve their survey administration. DIG Technical Assistance on Implementing Unique Client Identifiers* April 3 - 4, 2006

The DIG TA on Implementing Unique Client Identifiers was held April 3 and 4, 2006 at the Sheraton Suites in Alexandria, Virginia. The workshop provided assistance to states on developing IDs that allows them to unduplicate clients, identify and eliminate consumers with multiple aliases or other identifiers, and that facilitate future data linkage with Medicaid and other state data systems for calculating outcome and performance measures.
