The new 2011 URS data tables, definitions, and instructions are available! Due to a delay at the Census Bureau, please refer to the 2009 SMI and SED Prevalence Estimates for Table 1 for the 2011 Reporting year.

The URS Output Reports can be accessed via the CMHS website. URS/DIG Workgroups are continuing their work to refine the DIG/URS reporting guidelines to improve URS/DIG reporting and collect data on all 10 of the mental health SAMHSA National Outcome Measures (NOMs). Check under Work Groups for the latest reports from each of the workgroups.
