The BHPMS is an operational performance measurement system offered as an administrative service to psychiatric facilities. The BHPMS offers over 20 non-core measures covering various domains of inpatient services. The BHPMS offers the Hospital-Based Inpatient Psychiatric Services (HBIPS) core measure set.
