Inpatient Consumer Survey (ICS)

The BHPMS has developed an Inpatient Consumer Survey tool to enable persons served in psychiatric facilities to provide feedback on services, interactions, and personal outcomes. The 28-item survey includes 5 domains: outcomes, dignity, rights, participation in treatment, and environment.

Primary Data Source

To assist facilities with understanding NRI processes for confirming data quality, the NRI has made its Sample Schematic of Data Flow Process and Primary Data Source Table available through the secure website in a manual entitled Data Integrity Review Guide.

Database Tools

Access database tools are available to enrolled facilities. These tools provide data entry options as well as data validation. Tools are available through the secure website.
