NRI worked with a state psychiatric hospital dedicated to treating/restoring forensic patients to meet the goals established under a CMS Systems Improvement Agreement. The NRI Team assessed the processes and quality metrics to standardized data collection/compilation processes, data definitions, and work flow for data quality. NRI designed and delivered training to the hospital’s performance improvement teams on tools to effectively monitor standards compliance, as well as interpreting data to support decision making. Dr. Fields & Associates collaborated in the assessment of the state psychiatric hospital’s management and clinical structures. Dr. Fields and Associates worked with the facility to gain compliance with all applicable safety and quality standards set by the Joint Commission and CMS through.
