The Clinical Quality Educator will assist with educating our research and performance quality improvement team by connecting clinical practices and organizational processes to performance measures used by psychiatric hospitals. The Clinical Quality Educator provides trainings targeting NRI client hospitals and internal staff to build their capacity to interpret quantitative indicators as reflections of clinical and organizational practices. The Clinical Quality Educator provides guidance on clinical best-practices, resources for evaluating practices, administrative policies and procedures that support clinician activity, clinical flow processes to reporting, and interpretation of outcome measures in a quality improvement collaborative environment.
